Until now it has been difficult to find all the necessary healthy weight management tools under one roof. Harbor Weight Loss Institute brings it all together.

This comprehensive six month program integrates the three essential elements of successful permanent weight management. Those elements are Lifestyle Coaching, Diet/Nutritional Counseling, and Fitness Training.

Harbor Weight Loss Institute is about developing a personalized program for each of our individual clients. Each client works with a Lifestyle Coach, Registered Dietitian, and Personal Trainer in order to develop a plan that is tailored to the client’s individual needs. The only program that makes sense is a program you can live with for the rest of your life. We don’t put people on diets that call for restriction and deprivation, which would only ensure failure. Instead, we develop a realistic plan that will include such things as eating out, celebrating your birthday, snacking at work, and other suggestions that can be usefully applied to your daily life in order to successfully lose weight and keep it off permanently.

The program consists of ongoing consultations with our Lifestyle Coach, our Registered Dietitian, and a Personal Trainer over a six month period. Each session is one on one. In addition, each client is tested/measured at the beginning and end of the program. These tests/measurements help to determine improvements on the inside and outside of the body to ensure better health along with improved appearance while losing weight.
